The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for forming, pouring, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete. The individual must be able to demonstrate the ability to be a team player and must be willing to show respect for all co-workers and customers.

Brings problems to the attention of the Foreman/General Superintendent, Safety Director, or HR manager. • Ability to plan and execute your work to provide the highest efficiency possible, ensuring you have the proper tools and materials to perform the task or project. • Assist in the excavation of the proposed area to be poured. • Assist in building forms for proposed pour, whether it is a flat pour, pier, or foundation. • Assist in setting forms and making sure they are at the proper grade or height. • Grade stone for proposed pour if required. • Pour, level, and finish freshly poured concrete as the specification of the job or construction site requires. • Willing to work outside in all types of weather. • Other duties as assigned #INDjobs Requirements • Ability to work overtime as needed • Ability to travel as needed (typically less than 10% of the time) • Must provide own trowel, float, and concrete boots • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines • Must have a valid driver's license with the ability to hold a Med Card • Clean driving recordCalpine Corporation seeks an Operator Technician II to support safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our natural gas and geothermal power plants.
