Insight Global's Client is seeking a motivated Freight Broker to build and manage a profitable book of business while overseeing the full freight lifecycle from customer acquisition through delivery. This role is highly focused on business development and relationship management within a fast-paced transportation environment. Key Responsibilities:
Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 Expected First-Year Earnings: $75,000 - $100,000+ Uncapped monthly commission based on gross margin performance: $0-$9,999 = 5% $10,000-$19,999 = 10% $20,000-$29,999 = 12% $30,000-$39,999 = 13% $40,000+ = 15%
