About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our office operations. This position is hourly paid and perfect for someone who enjoys a team environment, helping customers, and keeping things on track. No roofing experience required — we will train the right person. Pay & Schedule Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Monday–Friday, regular daytime hours What You’ll Do Welcome and assist customers in person and over the phone Answer and route incoming calls professionally Schedule appointments, inspections, and follow-ups Maintain organized office files and records Enter data accurately into office systems Support sales and production teams with administrative tasks Prepare and manage documents, permits, and paperwork Communicate with customers, crew members, and vendors What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills Professional, friendly, and customer-focused Organized with great attention to detail Comfortable with basic office software (email, phone, spreadsheets) Ability to multitask and stay productive Prior office experience is a plus but not required Why Join Forever Roofing?
