About the Role
Monica Conroy GEICO is looking for a dependable, energetic Office Assistant to join our team part-time. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is comfortable staying busy, talking with customers, making phone calls, and helping wherever needed around the office.
No insurance experience is required. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
Greet customers who visit the office.
Assist agents with day-to-day office tasks.
Help with customer follow-up and scheduling.
Keep customer information and office records organized.
Provide general administrative support.
Learn agency systems and basic insurance processes.
Jump in and help with other tasks around the office as needed.
What We're Looking For
Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking with people.
Comfortable making lots of phone calls.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Willing to learn and take direction.
Coachable and positive.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed.
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is a plus, but not required .
