Role Description This full-time remote Software Engineer (Entry-Level) role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions under the guidance of more experienced engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, participating in code reviews, debugging and resolving issues, and contributing to back-end web services and APIs. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, documenting technical work, and assisting in testing and deployment activities. The position is designed for individuals starting their software engineering careers who are eager to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to the company’s projects in a distributed work environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and ability to apply them in practical code.
• Exposure to Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and collaborate using online communication and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback and mentorship.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development lifecycle practices is beneficial.
