Key Responsibilities:
Preparing product for shipment. This often consists of logo treating product with embroidery, machine engraving, glass etching, heat stamping.
Gift wrapping and labeling
Using hand held scanners to ship and receive product
Picking and packing of product
Operation of light industrial equipment
Basic Embroidery knowledge preferred but not required.
Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Previous production experience.
Ability to follow instruction and work well with others.
Positive attitude, honesty & integrity
Ability to lift 50# and pass physical abilities test
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. This is a full time position working out of our corporate headquarters in Muskego, WI. Salary is commensurate with experience. What we do: we help about 1,500 companies across 84 countries recognize their employees service awards, rewards programs, and branded apparel. Roughly 80% of our new business comes from referrals, which tells you most of what you need to know about how we treat the people we work with.
We treat our own team the same way. Recognition isn't a perk we bolt on here it's the whole business, so nobody has to be convinced it matters. Care, integrity, excellence, teamwork, ownership, and servant leadership are the values we hire and promote against, not just the ones on the wall.
